Andrea Foenander is an Art Historian, Critic and Scholar. She holds a Bachelors degree in Fine Art, as well as a Masters degree in Writing in Art and Design from the Royal College of Art, London. Her Thesis, ‘Computer Art Anthology 1980-2000’ is at the centre of a three-part series of books on the history of digital art. Andrea has also written for international publications on art, technology and popular culture. She has partnered with major institutions and museums such as LACMA the V&A and SFMOMA, to discuss issues in curating, discussing and conserving digital art. Andrea has appeared as a speaker/contributor within several international events, and continues to open dialogues between artists and institutions on the historical significance of digital art.
